Osmius has a complete Support Plan to go with our clients through the implantation of his Monitoring System and its whole lifetime providing technical assistance.

In order to do this, we offer different Support models to adapt to each client needs. The following table resumes the differences between each one.

Prices are indicated by instance. What do we mean by an "instance"? An instance is each one of the elements that you want to monitor with Osmius. It could be a database, a business process, a consuptiom sensor, etc.

For large installations with more than 500 instances please contact with our Sales Department and we will study a specific pricing plan for you.
