Fu Medicinals's Bone Spur Jiao and Balm is a powerful formula that helps to address the pain and dysfunction caused by bone spur formation. This recipe has intentions to help prevent further advancement of the osteophytes. This is a topical medicine that is derived from recipes used for centuries in China to treat chronic "Bi Syndrome" which we might call arthritis in English medical terms. If your complaints are due to wear-and-tear of joints, then this is the formula of choice.

As a liniment (Jiao), it works best when massaged into the affected area with fingertips or a cotton ball several times per day. It may also be applied by soaking a piece of gauze or cotton ball and taping over the targeted area, which will allow for longer absorption of the botanical medicines. A little goes a long way!
The balm may also be applied several times per day with fingers. A thin layer would do the job!
