Clipart licence, commercial use, commercial license, no store credit required, four listings

BASIC COMMERCIAL LICENCE

This is a licence for using our artwork/cliparts/graphics commercially, without credits, up to **500 UNITS ONLY EACH** for ** FOUR LISTINGS ONLY**.
For example, if you are using two elements of a clipart set to create designs for 5 mugs, it will be counted as five units. If you are using elements from 4 of our clipart sets to create a design to be printed on 5 mugs, it will mean that you have used 5 units of the 4 licences each.
A commercial licence is required for each listing that you purchase to create products to sell without giving us the credit. That is, if you purchase 4 clipart sets to use commercially, without credits, 4 licences will be needed. Hence, you can buy this instead of buying 4 separate licences for each listing.
A licence will cover all designs within the clipart pack. The combined total prints/copies store must not exceed the amount allowed within the license rule, i.e., 500 units in this case.
TERMS OF USAGE:
Do's :
•For SELLING up to 500 UNITS , You CAN PRINT our artwork/cliparts/graphics as it is( i.e., in original and unaltered/unmodified form) onto/for creating the following :
Paper, Fabric, Sticker Sheets, Backdrops, Laptop and Phone cases, Bags, Mug, Planner and Notebook Covers, Wall Art Prints, Invitation Cards, Greeting and Thank you cards, Party Supplies, etc. and SELL them.
In other words, for PHYSICAL PRODUCTS our artwork/cliparts/graphics can be PRINTED onto PHYSICAL RAW Materials/Items ( like mugs, phone cases, paper, etc.) as it is in original/unaltered form for SELLING.

•You CAN sell on PRINT-ON-DEMAND sites like Spoonflower, Cafepress, etc.

• You CAN create and offer as Digital Downloads and Printables digital items such as :
1)Digital Planner Sticker sheets,
2)Digital Sticker Sheets,
3)Printable Wall Art,
4)Printable Party Supplies,
5)Printable Invitation, Thank you and Greeting cards, etc.

HOWEVER, the final design/product for sale must be sufficiently modified to be different from our original clipart/graphics and flattened so that your customers cannot isolate and extract/pull out our Artwork/clipart/Graphics. The final design must consist of NOT MORE THAN 75% of my artwork with the rest consisting of your own input such as layout, texts, shapes, overlays, additional graphic elements. For example, digital sticker sheet, digital wall art prints, digital greeting cards, etc. consisting ONLY our cliparts/graphics are NOT ALLOWED.
Also you CANNOT use our artwork/cliparts/graphics to create clipart sets, digital paper packs for SELLING nor can you use them as a part of another clipart set, digital paper packs, etc for SELLING.

•You CAN use our artwork/cliparts/graphics for “Creating and Selling LOGO DESIGNS and other marketing materials etc.”. You CAN use our artwork/clipart/graphics for your personal logo/blog/social media/website etc.

Dont's :

•You CANNOT make more than 500 units, using the cliparts set(s), to use commercially.
•You CANNOT claim our Artwork/Cliparts/Graphics as your own.
•You CANNOT use and claim our Artwork/Cliparts/Graphics to be “ORIGINAL” and/or “EXCLUSIVE”.
•SUBLICENSE, RESELL, TRANSFER, SHARE OR redistribute the clipart/graphics set or a part of the clipart/graphics set as it is in original form and/or edited(modified or altered in any way) form and/or as a part of another clipart/graphic set or in any other way that allows the extraction of my designs/artwork, under any circumstances.
•You CANNOT deconstruct the graphic/clipart( clipart set), repackage and resell the individual parts.
•Display the item purchased as a standalone file without imposing technical restrictions to prevent the unauthorized use of the item by third parties.

•Register your product incorporated with my artwork/design/clipart/graphics as a trademark.
•You CANNOT offer my artwork/clipart/graphics for downloads as a giveaway or freebies.
•You CANNOT Resell as a digital cutting file like SVG, GSD, etc.
•You CANNOT Resell as a layered Photoshop/illustrator file.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Either while purchasing the LICENCE, please, write in the “Note To Seller” or after the purchase of the licence, please, leave a message to us for what product you are purchasing the LICENCE.

No document will be sent to you after purchasing this Licence. Receipt of purchase confirms right for commercial use. However, you can download a pdf restating the Do's/Do-not's of using our cliparts/graphics/artwork/designs.
*If you have already bought something from our shop and you decided to use it commercially buy this NO Credit Licence and write in comment section for which product you bought it.*

By purchasing MiracleArtAndDesign artwork/licence you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, one-person license to use MiracleArtAndDesign artwork.
