Has some imperfections due to the age of the furniture. Hand painted with a protective top coat. Has a worn/slightly distressed look. store More of a white wash not a solid white, so the grain of the wood does naturally show through. Also have a desk to match that is listed separately if interested. This set includes the bunk beds, ladder and matching closet with 4 American doll hangers.
