Each race is a celebration of the landscape the riders race through - the cobbled bergs of Flanders, the wooded Ardennes hills of Liege-Bastogne-Liege, the Ligurian coastline of Milan - San Remo.
Each artwork captures the essence of the race and some of the stories that define their history. From the dog that took out Bernard Hinault on the road to victory in Paris- Roubaix 1981, the falcons of the Ardennes or the chapel of the Madonna di Ghisallo, I've tried to capture just what makes each race special.
