Product code: Store 14×36 Timber Frame with Shed Roof

Take a look at this 14x36 with shed roof plan - it has so much potential for many purposes! The main body is a full two-story design and measures 14x36 from outside to outside of the posts. The shed roof lean-to adds an area of 8x36 feet. You can choose to enclose the shed for more space, or leave it open to the air for a comfortable porch. The common truss and collar tie design leaves plenty of room for windows all around.

There are 504 square feet on each floor of the main frame. The shed frame adds an additional 288 square feet for a total of 1296 square feet! In the main frame, the top of joists sit at 9'-4”, and it's another 6'-2” to the top of the second level top plate. The top of the main frame rafters are at 21'-3”.

There's a 9:12 roof pitch to the main frame, while the shed frame's roof pitch is 4:12. The shed's wall plates measure 11'-2” at the top. There are generous 2' overhangs on all sides. This frame is designed to be store secured to a concrete slab foundation that is designed and engineered by others.
