This is a shibori fabric which has flower pattern on it.
Also, one of the rolls has two kind of texture on one fabric, which is technically difficult to make. (Picture 7)

This fabric has a smooth finish, with a soft touch.
It is not new but still good condition.
This amount of silk shibori fabric is rare.

The word Shibori comes from the Japanese verb “shiboru” which means to squeeze, wring and press.
Shibori is a traditional Japanese resist dyeing technique and produces distinct patterns on a fabric.
In Shibori dyeing, the patterning all comes from the way that they bind, fold, twist, or clamp the fabric before immersing it into a dye bath. They create a resist by folding or tying the fabric up tightly so that the dye creates patterns in the cloth.

・A shibori fabric can't be washed. By putting in water, the shibori pattern will stretch out.
・A shibori fabric should be professionally dry cleaned.
