Signed Satsuma store Vase?

Beautiful antique vase acquired on a trip to California. We are not experts but believe this to be Satsuma. The work is very detailed and appears to be a one of a kind artist piece that also looks like it has been signed by the artist. There is a hairline crack in the top/rim that store may be from age. Very unique!
