This adorable baby quilt was made by two friends who love store to quilt together. It was created with Stephanie Ryan's “Modern Roses” fabric line for Moda. The fabric features various flowers, leaves and patterns in muted colors like yellow, aqua, coral, gray and cream. This quilt measures approximately 42” by 48.5” and is perfect for the crib, play time on the floor, and for wrapping up a sweet little girl. It is also a great size for keeping a baby warm in her car seat during the cold winter months. The backing is a yellow and gray floral fabric from the "Modern Roses" fabric line.

This quilt was quilted with Quilter's Dream batting on a long arm machine with white thread in a whimsical circular pattern that complements the patterns in the fabric. It was completed with a double binding that is machine stitched to the front and then hand stitched to the back for durability.

This quilt is made to last and to be well loved. To care for the quilt, machine wash in cold water on the delicate cycle and tumble dry on low heat. This will soften the quilt and create the nice puckered look around the stitching. Since this quilt has not been washed before, it will shrink a tiny bit after the first wash.

This quilt was pieced by Meredith and quilted by Jenny M's Quilt Company in non-smoking homes.
