Box is factory sealed and unopened. The condition of the box is really good and there are no noticeable scratches or dents! As for the SP pull rate or likelihood I am not sure whether all the hits from the case were pulled. I store bought 3 boosters off ebay last year and opened two of them but was too scared to try my luck for the last lol.
