This tote bag is preowned - good condition the outside is clean and in great shape. The inside has some markings and bleed from the pink possibly from being washed coz it smells like its been clean/washed but nobody will really see them except the user. outside looks great, zipper works bag height (without the handle) 11" Width 6.5" length store 20" few markings along the zipper but nothing significant in my opinion handle is approximately 10.5".
