1860 Barbet by Paul Oudart, Rare Original Hand store Colored Lithograph, Antique Bird Print, London Zoological Society

Original hand-colored stone lithograph of Laimodon Albiventris (Brown-breasted Barbet) by French painter, Paul-Lewis Oudart. Jennens transferred it to stone and it was printed by Hullmandel & Walton then beautifully water colored by hand. It is rare and very fine lithograph that was originally produced for the Proceedings of the Zoological Society of London in 1860.

Dimensions (sheet size):
Approx. 6-1/2" x 8-1/2"

Condition:
Very good. Small color spot just beyond the tip of the upper rear wing, but otherwise clean with store exceptional original hand color.

It will be packaged in a plastic sleeve on a backing and will ship within a rigid mailer for protection.
