store Antique Catholic medal necklace, found in Italy. The pendant features several Catholic inscriptions and images on both sides including the Italian and Latin phrases: "Santo Bambino Gesu Benediteci" (Holy Child Jesus Bless Us) and "Verbum Caro Factum Est" (The Word Was Made Flesh).

The chain was added later; it is vintage and sterling silver (marked "925 Italy").
