Vintage store Prehistory Animal #3 - Prontosaurus 1985 Taiwan *Exceptionally Rare*

This is an exceptionally rare item - Prehistory Animal #3, the Prontosaurus. The toy was made by an unknown manufacturer in 1985 via Taiwan.

This item includes his sword, laser rifle, rocket launcher and one rocket (see pictures).

This toy is a design replica of the Transformers Dinobot (G1) "Sludge" with the addition of wings developed for the Dinobot "Swoop". The combination is store a visually stunning dragon that fully transforms exactly as it's Dinobot cousin. Please note the front legs in Dragon mode do not move by design, the robot hands fold under the body and hold them in place. *This toy has some pointed edges on the wings and skull and can be complex to fully transform, as such we do not recommend this item for young children.

This toy is in excellent condition, there is no damage whatsoever and the paint remains clean and bright. The build quality is exceptional, much better than the Hasbro equivalent in our opinion. Most of the joints are still snug and poseable. Considering it's age and complexity it's still sturdy enough to transform confidently. This item is quite impressive visually, the wings are fantastic.
