Antique French Empire gilt Bronze Jewelry Casket store box

Marked “depose”, this antique and unique French Empire style jewelry casket is made of bronze and has an attractively worn gilded finish. It stands 5.25” high and retains a faded pale blue tufted silk lining. The box has no dents, repairs or other problems. The silk lining is mildly soiled but overall in good shape.
