I bought this laptop bag store new from Sanrio's website in 2010 & only used it once. It's been in storage ever since and is in great condition!! There's an itty bitty discoloration on the front, a tiny speck on the back, & one speck on the inside (all pictured). Otherwise this item looks like it's never been used! Smoke free/pet free home.
