Bust and under-bust flat is 14-15 inches
Elastic at back does stretch a bit to 16 - 17 inches

Length is 25 inches from top of strap to bottom edge. Lined with a very sheer nylon lining

Vintage item. No flaws seen but could be a few given age of garment. There are some slights picks/pulls in the outer nylon layer front and back
