Handmade costume, and one of my first at that. The seams are very rough in places but the outside still looks good! The jacket has shoulder pads that are stuffed with polyfil which store is not removable. Comes with boots size 7 (whose straps are coming undone but can easily be stitched or glued back on like I had originally done), wig, white undershirt, two necklaces, and coat. NO belts, fan, earrings or pants. The jewelry is complete garbage (never put clasps on it so there are long dangly strings to tie them lollllll. I'm 5'9” and max measurements would be 34”/32”/“40.
