Bohemia. 50-60 g. Blown glass.
Height 20cm.Written by Frantisek Zemek #FrantisekZemek (1913-1960) Czech glass cutter, designer and manufacturer.
He studied at the glass school elezný Brod from 1938 to 40, and then at the Academy of Applied Arts in Prague. Later he worked at glass factories Kamenitsky Shenov, Kribska and Zhelezny Brod.
In 1956-59, he was the chief design officer at the Mstisov #Mstisov glass factory, for which he developed the famous #Rhapsody Rhapsody range.
A whimsical and graceful shape that makes objects weightless in appearance, colored overflows, a beautiful play of light - music frozen in glass!
