Hand Forged 4.25" store Boning/Fillet Kitchen Knife Carbon Steel

This 4.25" boning knife was hand forged from 5160 high carbon spring steel, and was hardened to 58HRc. It features a hidden tang construction with a cherry bolster and a locust handle. The blade is store flat ground. It is sturdy, but thin enough for filleting.
