Vintage up-cycled shield back high chair. This item is used but still in good condition. The back has been embellished with a vintage astronaut decal (from the 1960s) as well as a chimpanzee newspaper clipping from 1968. It's also been painted black and flecked with white paint to resemble space. All paint used is non toxic and safe. The tray was also replaced with a vintage store stainless steel army tray. There are no safety straps on this high chair but just like my great grandma, grandma, mom, and I, there is nothing wrong with a dish towel tie down at meal time. There are several shops on etsy I've seen that make new safety straps for old high chairs should you choose to go that route. This high chair is in great condition and would make a great gift for anyone in love with space or monkeys or both!

This high chair will be shipped in pieces. I will include instructions on how to put it back together. All parts are able to be screwed back in place.
