This item is up for sale from the non profit Clarksville Model Railroad Club (CCRC) in Clarksville, TN. They have about 20 members ranging from 9 to 86. The purpose of the club is to unite railfans and promote the hobby to the younger generation. Box shows a little wear on corners but store is in great shape otherwise. Very hard to find.
