A very rare talking Togepi plush - tush tag only, great condition! I tested the plush before posting and have a video of this that I can send. The voice box requires a small screwdriver. The original batteries that the plush came with are "Toshiba, Heavy Duty, R6KG Size AA 1.5V." Please note that batteries are NOT included in this listing. All plush were kept in a sealed container for storage. I ship using regular bubble mailers.
