I call this one store a Jamaican pineapple quilt because of the green, yellow, red and black color combination.
They are the African/Rastafari colors and also green, gold and red are the colors of the Ethiopian flag.
Would look great as a couch throw.
Backing is done in batiks with various colors in marble-like prints.
62" x 74" Couch Throw. This quilt is pictured on a queen size bed.
100% cotton front and back.
100% polyester batting. Polyester batting makes for a very warm quilt.
Wash on regular cycle and med to low heat to dry.
Wash 1 or 2 times per year.
This quilt was made entirely on my Janome sewing machine including the quilting, and the piecing on this quilt was quite complicated.
The quilt has been washed after completion, so there will be no shrinkage.
This quilt will give you many years of enjoyment.
