The large beaded edges, floral tooling background are silver. The buckle itself is made of silver. There's 3 blue sapphire like stones in the center flowers. And 1 in the state, symbolizing the area where the rally took place. It's a nice size buckle, oval & square combined. And it's not very heavy in weight. Made by renowned Silversmith & western artist Dale Chavez. The buckle comes with its original presentation box. That has Mr. Chavez's name on it. This is a pretty piece to add to any collection.
