Knit store Beaded Purse Necklace

A "necklace" to hold a personal charm or any small object.

I knit these store using double pointed size 0000 needles with size 8 DMC Pearl Cotton. Glass seed beads, that I transfer onto the thread before I start, are incorporated during the knitting process. Finally, straps made from glass beads, (and sometimes genuine Swarovski crystals), are added.

The pouch style little purses are great for just wearing as a necklace or carrying any little keepsakes. Also great for use as an amulet bag, traditionally used to carry charms, a protective amulet, or your favorite stone.

The pouch is just shy of 2.75 inches across at the widest part and just under 2.5 inches long. The strap measures 30 inches long.
