Pair of antique Victorian era fox hunt lithographs in antique circular dark wood frames. One is “Here Come the Hounds” the other is “The Return Home”. Both are by William Joseph Shayer. Slight foxing as you can see from the photos and some defects to the frames as shown but otherwise in excellent condition. Not inspected outside of frames. These are part of a series of 6 fox hunting paintings by Shayer, who was a very popular British artist during the Victorian Era. Purchased at an estate auction in Long Island, NY Each is about 15 1/2 inches in diameter and about an inch thick. Ready to hang.
