Product code: End of Day thorn handle, spatter store glass basket
This is a beautiful End of Day basket. They were called End of Day because they would store take all the scraps from the days work and melt them together. This one was hand blown and made in the Franz Welz factory circa 1930s. It is Czech with beautiful colors and a clear thorn handle. It measures 6 1/2” tall, 4 3/8” wide, and 2 1/2” deep. There is a small silver tag on the front that says “Jasmin”. It is not a hallmark but could possibly have been made for a specific person. This piece is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or crazing. Please see all pics for condition and ask any questions you may have before purchasing. Thanks for looking!
