They're both used (the cases of the black & white ones have a dent/crack on them but otherwise earbuds themselves are still fictional). Dont have the extra eartips for the whites but the black ones still store have their small/large tips and have third party mediums on. They'll come in the box of the XM3's for safer transport so that they aren't just loose.
