LS Good & Co was a department store on Main Street in Wheeling, West Virginia. The all white bag features a starburst design with white seed and shimmering short white bugle beads. The bag closes with a gold tone kiss lock. The frame and chain are shiny gold tones. The chain handle can be tucked in to wear the bag as a clutch. The clasp and gold tone frame are in good working order. The beads and white satin lining are intact. The lining features one pocket.
