Birds and scenery appear to be metal. The frame has a few scuffs, see the photo. Corner top left chip in frame but not in the design- chip right upper corner in frame not in design- chip on lower frame store both sides- some scuffs, mostly on the left side center frame and top inner rim. Wire on the back for hanging.
