Vintage 10K store Gold Filled Shell Cameo Brooch

A lovely (tested) 10K gold filled vintage cameo brooch. This item weighs 5.7 grams with a length of 1.2 x 1 inches. Also has a bail that retracts and hides and can be used as a pendant (fits 2mm chain). Cameo measures at 25mm x 19mm, is accented with four store 10K two toned gold leaves.
