Handmade Wooden Espresso Knock Box for store Rocket Appartamento Copper

I was trying to make a knock box that I wanted to suit my beloved Rocket Appartamento for a long time.
At the end of my trials, I think I got a result that will make us both happy :)

Now that I have discovered the right color combination, I can prepare one for you too, if you like.

I made this espresso knock box from pear wood, a very delicate and durable Eurasian tree.

I also applied two layer of organic linseed oil that known with its water-repelling (hydrophobic) properties. Finished with Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C that is the best natural based product to protect wood from water, heat and the daily wear & tear so you can buy one of my boxes with confidence!
