Walking a labyrinth is a spiritual practice used by many people to quiet the mind and for contemplation or prayer.

In today's busy life, it can be hard to physically go to a labyrinth. These labyrinths were store designed to bring the labyrinth with you! About 8.5 inches across, and approximately ¾ to 1 inches thick, they are easy to tuck into a backpack, desk drawer, briefcase, or what have you.

Suggestions for use: Just as you would do at a full size labyrinth, place your finger at the beginning of the path, set an intention for your journey, and then slowly trace the path to the center as you quiet your mind. Once at the center, pause again (I like to do some deep breathing here) and then slowly make your way out of the labyrinth.

The labyrinths are individually handmade and will have variations in grain pattern and color of wood. The path will not be perfectly straight (just like our own Journey), but will have little wiggles along the way. No two are alike!
