Comes with Headset, base station, cables including power and (optical) that came with the unit which is unused. Also instructions. The box looks brand new and the base station still has the plastic around it. I kept it on for health longevity. I have custom pre sets for call of duty and general game play. If you want me to leave them on I will but pm before purchase otherwise I am setting everything back to the default settings. Will throw in audio extractor 2.0 (1440p 120hz 4k 60hz 1080p 120hz) at no extra cost. Only comes with power store supply. You will need a hdmi and optical cable as shown in one of the pictures.
