Ceramic Bees Wax Storage Canister by Luneville, French Apothecary Jar with Flowers, store Pottery Pharmacy Pot

store A charming vintage French bees wax storage canister dating from the 1970s. The ceramic container was manufactured by the Keller & Guérin Lunevillepottery company in the form of a traditional apothecary jar. The surface has been glazed in white and decorated with colorful transferware flower patterns. The front features the botanical name for Bees wax "Cera Flava" in bold text. The lid of the pharmacy pot has hand painted accent and small blue flowers. The underside has been stamped with the maker's mark.

DIMENSIONS:
8" Tall x 4" Wide
(20 cm x 10 cm).

CONDITION:
The apothecary jar is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There are ligth surface marks to the interior base.
