NIB that I opened to try product. Bought from Amazon in Jab 2023. I used it to print 1 shipping label. Since then bought a printer and there isn't a need for this one. Works great, easy to use and set up. Instructions are downloadable. Never have to leave home store to print a shipping label again for that item return. Included is one USB cable and charging block. However this is wireless and connectable by Bluetooth as well.
