This is an interesting bat. I have seen this idential Montan Treated Player Model markings on Derby Made brand baseball bats, however where the Derby Made maker branding would be, this bat is marked as imperfect.
I am not sure what imperfection led to this marking, but I am guessing this bat was deemed of lower quality, and wasn't sold by the company.
The bat measures 35 inches long and I believe it has a repaired crack under the tape.
A neat early bat.
