Shipping information:
- We use International Couriers (such as DHL) for shipping. Since Indonesia EMS service still off during Covid-19 pandemic and only accept sea freight which the delivery time is 1 month or more. We will update our shipping details once the EMS service is open.
- We don't use 1 particular international courier to prevent delivery failure and unacceptable delivery time which will affect your package arrival date.
- Before make an order, please contact your local Trade Ministry to understand the latest import tax tariff and another fees may occur, thus we can prevent the package will be sent back to us if you reject to pay it.
