Vintage Herend Hungary Hand Painted store Porcelain Reticulated Bonbonniere/Trinket Box

store 4” tall x 3-1/2” diameter. Base diameter 1-1/2”.

This is one of Herend Hungary's most impressive efforts in porcelain design. The artistry is obviously masterful in the reticulation of the garden vines. This is not a small piece. It is a medium size that cannot help being the most beautiful piece on the tabletop.

Interlacing green vines with dabs of black. Purple, rust, red, pink and blue flowers with yellow centers and dabs of white. The lid is topped with a raised strawberry finial whose slender stems are raised above the lid. 24K bands on lid, bowl and a narrow one at the base.

No chips, cracks or flaws.

Excellent condition.
