This is so cute and so very rare. It is a Water Baby (Sesame Street Elmo) by Playmates. It is still its box and it was opened but nothing removed or out of place. It is basically new. The box does show some shelf wear but store not that bad. MPN: 85282. Dated 2005 so just under the vintage year of etsy's 2002.
