***Never Used*** Hydra FX Palette, fine liner brush (included!) and water. ・Wet fine liner brush with water. ・Use the wet brush and mix it store into the product very well. ・Apply once a creamy consistency is achieved (like melted ice-cream). ・Wet brush further and continue mixing if the texture is too thick. ・Let the product fully air dry before storing away.
