Vintage Brass Art Nouveau Style Inkwell Stand Gold Decor, DYI Art Nouveau Style store Vanity Brush Holder

A gorgeous ornate Art Nouveau style Inkwell holder signed by Virginia Metalcrafters. This late 1970s early 1980s inkwell is crafted of solid brass and is a great vintage reproduction beautifully made. My wife had plans to find a tall square glass holder to fit in the inkwell stand to hold her make up brushes and may be her lipstick for the day on the side. Another one of those things you do not get around to. But I think the idea is magnificent and this would look stunning on your vanity, dresser or bathroom counter.

The inkwell stand measures 7 1/2" long, 2 5/8" at it's tallest point at the back and 6" deep from front to back. The inkwell opening is square and measures 1 7/8" square but for fit purposes I would use a 1 3/4" square ink store bottle or insert. The exact inside measurement using an inside gauge is 43mm square.

This inkwell stand is in EXCELLENT pre-owned condition. No dings or dents. The brass finish is bright and clean with minimal oxidation seen. This would also obviously make a superb desk piece as well.
