All 3D Dungeon Labs Miniatures are printed with premium resin. Before opening my store, I tried all kinds of different resins until I came up with a mix of resin that meets my own gameplay standards: flexibility and durability that doesn't sacrifice high detail. One should still be careful while painting and playing, but you can rest assured that these are sturdier than your average 3D printed resin mini.

All of my resin prints are cleaned with IPA and cured in a UV light curing chamber properly; you don't have to worry about safety when handling my prints. You can jump straight into painting or playing as soon as they arrive! Some assembly may be required with larger models, as they are safer and easier to ship disassembled.

It's important to note that with all resin prints there may be slight imperfections such as joint gaps or small support marks. This is a limit of the technology. Rest assured, though, that I carefully inspect each model I send out to make sure they exceed the standards I have for my own table.

I pack all miniatures and dungeon tiles with great care, and use eco-friendly sustainable packaging wherever possible. Shipping times are "worst case" estimates; everything is made to order, but the majority of orders will be shipped earlier than indicated.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let me know. As mentioned above, slight imperfections are part of resin printing and may not qualify for a return, but if a mini arrives damaged we can fix that. Let me know within two days of receiving it, and I will do all I can to make sure you are satisfied and come back to my "lab" again!
