A twist on the traditional stacking toy, this stacking puzzle is for older toddlers and young children, teaching cognitive/logical/problem solving thinking, as well as fine motor skills. If your child is in one or more of the following sensitive periods, this stacker will be the perfect addition to your Montessori style play area: order, small objects, senses, or movement. The bright rainbow colors- all 6 primary and secondary colors- allow introduction to color learning as well.

Made with Baltic birch wood, the sturdy puzzle pieces stack only one way- the bottom most layer is most challenging, with 5 possible options, only one that allows the puzzle circle to slide onto the dowels easily. The remaining 5 circles layer according to rainbow order, and match the corresponding dowel by height.

All materials are non toxic and kid friendly. We use products from The Real Milk Paint Co. Their milk paints are environmentally-friendly and non-toxic. Made from 100% organic material, it's safe for kids. We use their low-sheen finishing cream, which is a low odor and low VOC, water-based topcoat that provides a protective, washable seal. Puzzle pieces may be wiped with a damp cloth store if they become soiled.

Base with dowels: 7 1/2 inches diameter
Largest circle: 7 inches diameter
Smallest circle: 4 1/2 inches diameter
Height when stacked: 3 1/2 inches
