Original Felted store Daphne Statue

store This one of a kind needle felted statue depicts Daphne, a character from Greek mythology. Daphne was pursued by Apollo and in order to save her virtue from his unwelcome embrace, Daphne's father turned her into a laurel tree. This figure, made of needle felted wool on a wire armature, stands approximately 10” tall and is mounted on a pine base.
