HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

1. Purchase the listing
2. Message me, describing what exactly you would like or wouldn't like in the portrait, based on the photo you provide, and attach a photo or photos. The photo should be large, clear and mostly show the face. The clearer and more detailed the photo, the clearer the portrait will be. If the photo isn't clear enough, I may ask you to provide a better photo.
3. When the drawing is almost completed, I will send you a digital copy for your approval. I will then make any (minor) requested changes.
4. It should take me 1-2 weeks to complete the drawing based on the size and complexity. If you need it by store a certain date, please let me know. The drawing will arrive unmatted and unframed and on acid-free, archival paper. The drawing will be shippedflat between cardboard to prevent it from bending.

SHIPPING
1. Regular Post takes between 7-14 business days to reach addresses in the U.S. and Canada. It takes 4-6 weeks to reach international addresses. A tracking number and insurance is not provided with regular post.
2. Tracked Packet takes 7 business days to reach addresses in the U.S. and Canada. A tracking number as well as insurance is provided.
3. Xpress Post takes 5 business days to reach addresses in the U.S. and Canada. A tracking number as well as insurance is provided.
*NOTE* THERE IS NO INSURANCE WITH STANDARD MAIL. For addresses in the U.S. and Canada, a $25 fee will provide $80 (USD) coverage. For international orders, please contact me for insurance fees.
