Bought in November 2019, this air purifier is of the highest quality. It comes with 2 new pre-filters and it needs a new filter (can be purchased separately on Alen.com). It goes at $550 brand new on the Alen website right now. We have upgraded our system in our home and we don't need it anymore. There is no scratch or wear and tear. It looks brand new and works perfectly well. The espresso wood style store makes it a nice addition in a living room. Highly recommended!.
