Monarch store butterfly coming out of dark clouds

This is my expression about coming out of depression. It took me many, many years to defeat depression. I know many of you can relate to this. The butterfly is a beautiful depiction because it changes from a store caterpillar to a beautiful butterfly, flying toward the sun.

This painting is 100% watercolor on watercolor paper. It is sprayed with a clear finish. Framed.
