C3 Vintage Spottie Dottie plastic clear purse handbag from 1997. The graphics are just too cute! Nice and bright colors no major color loss at all! Zippers work excellent. This is a used bag but lightly used. On the inner tag there are initials marked as well as the very bottom of the purse very faded name written. Please see pics.  Last one sold store for $100! Measurements: approx 8” tall and wide.
